马安岭村是惠东县梁化镇所辖的行政村，村名原作马鞍岭。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所记传说，很久以前有位宰相骑马路过，村民见马背上的鞍子不认得，上前询问，得知是马鞍；因此地山岭形似马鞍，取名马鞍岭，后写作马安岭[1]。马安岭大队设于1958年；1984年同梁化屯组成梁化屯乡；1987年3月设村民委员会，其后称管理区，1999年起称马安岭村委会[1]。
