四民村是惠东县梁化镇所辖的行政村，相传因旧时村民只有四个姓氏而得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，村名的由来是一个传说：旧时村里只有四个姓氏的人[1]。1962年，四民与新民并为四民大队，1975年新民又分出另立；1984年，四民、育民合为育民乡[1]。此后四民在1987年3月设村民委员会，90年代称管理区，1999年起称四民村委会[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月公布的2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」广东省创建单位名单中，有该村的名字[1]。
