黄西村是博罗县石湾镇辖下的行政村，以韭黄产地著称。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
姚姓宋代自增城迁来，陈、李、张诸姓明初自增城迁入；村名与当地所产韭黄有关，博雅地名网称此地有“中国韭黄之乡”之称。[1]清代属石湾巡司署黄塘约，民国属十二区正义乡，1958年为长宁公社黄西大队，其后改乡、改管理区，1999年改称村民委员会。[1]
2019年9月，黄西村进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
