铁场村是博罗县石湾镇辖下的行政村，毗邻东莞石龙，辖4个自然村，村内有明月寺。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名有两说：一说明代这里打铁业兴旺；一说宋代大批中原移民定居，多姓聚居，各自筑围墙，设岗塔围门，村四周又有溪水环绕，出入须过桥或乘船，土匪难入，如铜墙铁壁。[1]清代属石湾巡司署铁场约，民国属十二区正义乡铁场村，1949年后属第五区铁场乡，1959年设铁场人民公社，1999年起改称村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

据百度百科，村户籍人口6622人，外来人口逾万，行政区域面积12平方公里，建有4200亩丝苗米种植基地，2021年集体经济经营性收入457.51万元。[2]铁场村以丝苗米列入「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」（2021年9月公布）；2020年至2022年上榜淘宝村；2026年1月又获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
