龙华村属博罗县龙华镇，是镇乡结合区的行政村。[1] 关于村名，村里的说法是此地土地肥沃，村人视为「龙飞凤舞、风华物广」之地；又说南朝时朝廷下诏在龙华立陈孝女祠，并发掘出南朝古墓葬，可见一千五百年前这一带已较繁荣。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代由博罗县典文署管辖，民国年间在第十一区英勇乡。新中国成立后先入一区龙宁乡，1956年转属龙华乡。公社化后成为龙华大队；1983年改设乡，1986年改为管理区，1999年定名龙华村民委员会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
龙华圩旁的小山上有龙华岭砖室墓，已被盗，墓长7.30米、宽2.40米，由甬道、前室、棺室组成，前室和棺室前部发现青釉瓷器4件。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，龙华村被广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
