宁和村是博罗县龙华镇下辖的行政村。^[1] 南宋后期，梁姓人从南雄珠玑巷石井头迁到这里定居，取「宁愿一直祥和」的寓意为村名。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属博罗县典文署，民国时期属第十一区（英勇乡），1949年后属一区龙宁乡；1956年成立宁和乡，1978年称龙华人民公社宁和大队，1983年称龙华区宁和乡，1986年称龙华镇宁和管理区，1999年起称宁和村民委员会。^[1]

2021年12月，宁和村被广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。^[1]
