历史沿革[edit]
村后的山岗形似燕子，村因此得名。[1]这里自明嘉靖三十七年（1558年）起隶广宁县，1954年改隶四会县第四区；1957年成立黄田乡，1961年又分出黄田公社。此时称燕崀大队；自1983年的燕崀乡，经1986年的村委会、1987年的管理区，到1998年定为燕崀村民委员会，名称延续至今。[1]
经济[edit]
燕崀村以柑桔为特色：2020年8月入选首批「广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」，同年11月，农业农村部又认定它为「第十批全国一村一品示范村镇」。[1]此外村里还种植瓜菜和竹笋。[1]
