村美村是四会市大沙镇的行政村，在镇的西南部。村名原作“村尾”，因村坐落在山岗尾端，后以谐音改为“美”。[1]

村美大队设于1963年，1985年改称管理区，1998年起为村民委员会。[1]
概况[edit]
博雅地名网（未注年份）记村民1735人，分8个村民小组，村域5平方公里；村民以种养为主，近年受益于邻近的富溪工业园。[1]2019年9月是「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」之一；2026年3月又被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
