凤塘村是广东省肇庆市封开县平凤镇的行政村，在镇偏南处，距镇中心约5公里，面积约4.7平方公里，辖6个村民小组，有800多人，南与郁南县相邻，高速公路出入口连接线穿过全村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年公社化时的大队原叫金星大队，同县内别处的大队重名，故在1980年地名普查中改为凤塘管理区；1987年经封府（1987）16号文批准设村委会，因驻地在凤塘咀村而得名。[1][2]
经济[edit]
村在丘陵地带，以种砂糖桔为主要收入。[1]2019年9月，凤塘村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
