古石村是广东省肇庆市封开县平凤镇西南部的行政村，面积约10平方公里，辖12个村民小组，有1400多人，据称是平凤镇离镇政府最远的村委会，相距15公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前，古石一带各村属范村片的新华乡；1955年公社化时从范村分出，成立大队。[1][3]1987年，经封府（1987）16号文批准设村委会，因驻地在古石口村而定名古石。[1][2]
经济[edit]
村在丘陵地带，山上种桉树和肉桂，坡地和水田种柑桔、水稻。[1]2019年9月，古石村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
