旺洞村是肇庆市高要区回龙镇的行政村，距镇区约3千米，以养殖黑鬃鹅闻名，村内有北宋元丰七年（1084年）始建的谭虔墓^[1]^[2]。

全村面积7.2平方千米，设9个村民小组，249户、959人，耕地1300亩，山地近一万亩。村里利用小山坡和山冲田发展种养业，是养鹅专业村；2020年8月以黑鬃鹅入选「首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」^[1]。

民国时期归高要三区（此前属高要五区）。1955年是旺洞社，1958年建旺洞大队，归金龙公社管辖，次年转归回龙公社，其后1983年改设乡，1987年改称村委会，1989年又设管理区，至1998年定名旺洞村民委员会^[1]。

谭虔墓是谭氏入粤始祖谭宏帙夫妇的合葬墓，最初建于1084年（北宋元丰七年），其后在1423年、1816年和1999年三次修缮。墓呈长方形，占地约120平方米，青砖麻石砌筑，坐东北向西南。墓由谭虔曾孙谭朝端迁自江西丹凤岭。谭氏后人来自粤、桂、琼、台、湘、港、澳等地，常来此祭拜^[2]。
