澄湖村是肇庆市高要区回龙镇的行政村，位于镇区东面，建村于元末明初，2016年入选「第五批广东省古村落」[1]。
概况[edit]
全村2914人、783户，分20个村民小组，耕地2140亩、山地4510亩[1]。村里配合镇上的步步高工业基地建设，引来南海和台湾的商人办厂，集体收入随之增加[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1958年设澄湖大队，归安龙公社；次年改隶回龙公社，其后1983年改设乡，1987年改称村委会，1989年又设管理区，至1998年定名村民委员会[1]。
古村建筑[edit]
澄湖古村有700多年历史。据博雅地名网所载，村内有民国以前建的碉楼7座、祠堂6座、门楼16座、社坛3座、古井5口、祖堂14座，另有学堂2间、小洋楼37栋、古榕10棵、古民居700多间，其中95%以上建于民国以前[2]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月入选「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」；2026年3月被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」[1]。
