历史沿革[edit]
明代，吴氏从黄岗、成氏从塘岭迁来建村；明至清初又有李姓迁入。[1][2]1949年以前隶高要县第一区，1953年改归第八区，1955年起在广利区文园乡，后为广利人民公社的迪村大队。1980年改属肇庆市黄岗公社，1988年4月转入鼎湖区，称迪村村委会；1992年12月成为迪村居民委员会（归坑口街道），2002年起为迪村社区居民委员会。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
社区集体经济每年收入200万元，居民1350人；辖区有鱼塘约300亩、山地70亩，招商厂房二十余栋，几处停车场合计可停3000多辆车。[1]辖区内的茶楼、食肆、旅馆和商铺主要接待鼎湖山游客；街道中心小学设在社区内。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年3月，迪村社区被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」；2024年4月，入选「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建名单。[1]
