历史沿革[edit]
民国时期属巷口乡；1949年后土地改革时属化县第十二区巷口乡，辖有大塘、龙埚、茂坡等地；1958年公社化时宝圩定为公社，巷口称大队；1983年称巷口乡，1987年属镇并称巷口村民委员会，1989年改称管理区办事处，1999年复称村民委员会。[1]
