历史沿革[edit]
清代至民国，当地以宝圩圩之名相沿；1949年后设宝圩乡。1958年成立宝圩公社，本村在公社周边，故称宝圩大队。此后改乡（1983年）、设村民委员会（1987年）、一度称管理区办事处（1989年），1999年起仍为村民委员会。[1]

宝圩村种植的作物以水稻、青菜、香蕉为主，当地年均气温约22.6摄氏度。[1]
