历史沿革[edit]
1951年设土塘乡，下分调龙、尾洋两个办事处；1956年建土塘分公社，1962年设土塘大队，1983年改为土塘乡，1987年2月设村委会，1989年称管理区，1999年定名土塘村民委员会。[1]
