港门埠村是遂溪县港门镇下辖的行政村，村名中的「埠」指渔港。镇名「港门」，据博雅地名网，来自港门埠、石角埠两处渔港。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1954年设乡，1958年起为生产大队，1983年称港门埠乡，1986年建村委会，1989年撤销村委会、改设管理区，1999年又恢复了村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，港门埠村名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
镇概况把港门埠海滩列为镇内的风景区之一。[3]
