历史沿革[edit]
塘尾的建制几经分合：1956年同吴家合为维治乡（吴家乡）；1958年脱离后同货湖合设货湖大队；1960年单独设边关大队，1962年改称塘尾大队。1983年称管理区，1986年建村委会，1989年撤销村委会、改设管理区，1999年又恢复了村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
