调浪村位于湛江市麻章区太平镇，是该镇下辖的行政村[1]。1957年立大队；1983年与洋村并成调洋乡，1986年二者分开，调浪设村民委员会，1988年改为管理区，1999年再恢复村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。
