石水村是广东省佛山市高明区杨和镇东南部的行政村，辖区面积65.7平方公里，因境内有石水河流过而得名；2004年，由井头、横坑、公田三个村委会合并设立。^[1]^[2]^[3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时，井头、石坎、塘下、横坑、大田、坑美、平岭、塘窝、公田、新安、西坑等村属崇化乡杨梅都；民国时期归三区普安乡管。1951年12月起设井头乡、公田乡，1958年设井头、公田、横坑三个大队，归杨梅公社，同年11月转归三洲公社，1959年复归杨梅公社。^[3]

1987年设井头、公田、横坑三个村委会，隶杨梅镇。2004年三者合并，改设石水村委会；2005年镇区划调整后，改属杨和镇。^[3]

辖区耕地4355亩，鱼塘1800亩，山地36294亩；户籍居民约5541人，流动人口仅约196人。村里共19个自然村，如公田、平岭、塘窝、西坑、新安、横坑、坑美、枫坳等；另设井头、公田、横坑3个经联社，经济社20个。^[2]

石水村2019年9月、2022年8月先后列入广东省民主法治示范村（社区）名单或创建单位；2023年11月入选广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村；2024年4月，又入围广东省首批乡村振兴示范村创建名单。^[1]2023年5月，所属公田村获2022年广东省卫生村称号。^[1]
