沙水村是广东省佛山市高明区杨和镇西南部的行政村，全村面积约59.62平方公里，因境内有沙水河流过而得名。^[1]^[2]2004年，由大布、吉岭、深坑三个村委会合并设立，下辖25个经济社。^[2]^[3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时，新塘、大布、寮坑、柏木、石九、洞口、吉岭等村属崇化乡杨梅都；民国时期归三区普安乡管。1951年12月起设大布乡、吉岭乡，1958年设大布、吉岭、深坑三个大队，起初归杨梅公社，同年11月转归三洲公社，1959年又回杨梅公社。^[3]

1987年设大布、吉岭、深坑三个村委会，隶杨梅镇。2004年三者合并为沙水村委会；2005年镇区划调整后，改属杨和镇。^[3]

全村1250户，户籍人口5213人，常住人口4750人。山林57600亩，耕地6296亩，鱼塘1722亩，森林覆盖率为64.4%；村民收入主要来自种养和外出务工。依据杨和镇的城市管理规划，沙水一带被划为工业不可开发区，村里没有大型工业区或大型企业。^[2]

村里设深坑、大布、吉岭三个经联社。^[2]主要道路有杨更线、杨宅线和大东线；自然村主干道已全部硬底化。^[2]

沙水村2019年9月、2020年12月先后列入广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2024年8月列入佛山市「百千万工程」第二批典型镇村，2026年1月被评为广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。^[1]
