水贝社区在深圳市罗湖区翠竹街道，前身为水贝村，社区因地处水贝村而得名，是深圳黄金珠宝批发行业的聚集地，人称「中国珠宝第一村」。[1][2]

百度百科称，水贝村为明代创建，已有六百多年历史，曾是深圳圩最大的村落，原住民姓张。[2]2002年3月，成立水贝社区居委会，沿用旧名。[1]

社区东到贝丽花园，西到文锦北路，南到田贝四路，北到水贝二路，面积0.1074平方千米（博雅地名网）；百度百科则作0.471平方千米，两处口径不一。[1][2]

博雅地名网所载资料（未注明年份）称，合计15023人（户籍2272人、流动12751人），社区内有213栋中高层楼房。[1]
