泉岭村为翁源县翁城镇下属行政村，隶属韶关市、广东省，据博雅地名网所录沿革，是历史上翁源县治所在地[3]。
历史沿革[edit]
北宋淳化年间县治迁到翁城北二里处，即今泉岭村；元大德五年（1301年）县治从镇墩城迁回高岭下，也在今泉岭村[3]。1949年至1957年称泉岭乡，1958年至1983年称泉岭大队，1983年起复称乡，1986年改称村委会，1993年至1998年称管理区，1998年改设村民委员会，沿用至今[1][2]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，泉岭村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
