马东村为翁源县翁城镇下属行政村，隶属韶关市、广东省[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1949年至1957年称马东乡，1958年至1983年称马东大队，1983年起复称乡，1986年改称村委会，1993年至1998年称管理区，1998年改设村民委员会，沿用至今[1][2]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，马东村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；2023年5月，获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
