哈水村是韶关市翁源县周陂镇下辖的行政村，辖13个村民小组，农业以糖蔗、水稻和蔬菜为主。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立后，这里先后以哈水乡（1949—1957年）、哈水大队（1958—1983年）、哈水乡（1983—1986年）为名；1986年改设村委会，1993年起叫哈水管理区，1998年改定为现在的哈水村民委员会。[1]
村名的由来：此地有两条主流河流在此交汇，原称水口大队；因县内南浦另有水口村，需避免重名，改名哈水村，又因村委会设在哈水自然村，故名。[1]
