洪兰村是韶关市翁源县周陂镇下辖的行政村，辖9个村民小组，农业以水稻、糖蔗和蔬菜为主。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立后，这里先后以洪兰乡（1949—1957年）、洪兰大队（1958—1983年）、洪兰乡（1983—1986年）为名；1986年改设村委会，1993年起叫洪兰管理区，1998年改定为现在的洪兰村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，洪兰村列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」。[1]
