茅岗社区是广州市黄埔区鱼珠街道的社区，位于广州东部，西邻天河区，东接大沙中心城区，是黄埔区进出广州市区的西口。辖区约5.86平方千米，城乡分类为城乡结合区。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
社区因辖区内的茅岗村而得名，2002年命名。[1]
地理环境[edit]
辖区由石岗、坑田、沙井、塘口、西华、元贝、东福、和贵、城门、仓下、井爱、坑头、顶岗13个自然村组成，设21个经济合作社。2006年末有耕地450亩、山林1937亩。[1]
人口民族[edit]
2006年末，户籍人口7027人，外来暂住者4200人。股份制完善后，集体经济组织共有股东5610人：社区股4915人，社会股695人。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
振子彭公祠在西华大街，据村民介绍始建于明代，2000年修缮；三进三间，门朝东，占地525平方米。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月名列「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位（2018年广东省）；2024年11月认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区」。[1]
