寺贝社区是广州市越秀区东山街道下辖的社区。社区在清代东山寺的背后，「寺背」一名后来写成了「寺贝」，社区即以此得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
社区前身是1954年设立的保安街六号居委会，1961年改属东湖街，1968年改为居民区。[1]
2019年9月，寺贝社区名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位；2022年11月获认定为广州市2022年绿色社区；2024年11月被认定为广州市充分就业社区。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
基督教东山堂原称东山浸信会堂，在寺贝通津，1908年奠基、翌年建成；现在的礼拜堂改建于1927年，为两层的钢筋混凝土建筑，1999年7月起为广州市文物保护单位。[2] 美南浸信会自1903年起在寺贝通津置地，五年后盖起「红楼」与「耶德逊堂」，用作培道中学校舍。[3]
