新河浦社区是广州市越秀区东山街道下辖的社区。社区因辖区内有新河浦涌流过而得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
社区的前身是1954年设立的保安街三个居委会；1961年改属东湖街，1968年改称居民区。[1]
2021年11月，社区获确定为广州市2021年绿色社区；2024年1月列入广东省2023年度民主法治示范村（社区）；2024年11月被认定为广州市高质量就业社区。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
新河浦历史文化街区内有红砖洋房400多栋，院落低矮、中西合璧，2000年列入广州市首批「历史文化保护区」，2020年成为广东省级历史文化街区，2019年获联合国「亚洲都市景观奖」。[2][3] 街区的红色文化以中共三大会址纪念馆为标志，华侨文化以「五大侨园」为代表。[2]
