朗塘镇属广东省云浮市罗定市，在罗定东南部，镜船盆地的东侧，面积84.1平方千米[1][3]。它东与金鸡镇毗邻，西边是船步镇，北边接围底镇，南边和阳春市相连[3]。博雅地名网用「䓣」字写镇名，百度百科则作「𬜯塘镇」，两者都指朗塘；博雅地名网援引《现代汉语词典》，把该字解作靠近水的平缓高地[1][3]。

2022年末户籍人口为50381人；2020年11月1日零时的常住人口为33810人，数据出自第七次全国人口普查[3]。镇内四处罗定市文物保护单位分别是四条桅黎氏宗祠、䓣南三多里、文甫黎公祠和仙姑庙遗址[4][5][6][7]。2022年1月，朗塘镇获得「2021年度广东省卫生城镇」称号[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

这一带在北宋开宝六年（973年）前后已属泷水县，此后直至明万历四年（1576年）未变。万历五年（1577年）起归罗定州管辖，直到清末；民国时期改属罗定县第二区。新中国成立后的1950年，这里划入罗定县第三区；1958年办公社时并入船步公社，1961年6月又从船步析出，另立䓣塘公社。1983年8月，公社改为区，1986年11月区撤销，改设为镇。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

四条桅黎氏宗祠在朗南村的四条桅村，属明清建筑，为一路二进带四耳房的格局，是罗定市文物保护单位。[4]

䓣南三多里同样在朗南村，位于九座屋村，1899年建成（清光绪二十五年），三路二进，内有11个大小天井，同为罗定市文物保护单位。文甫黎公祠也在四条桅村，属清代建筑，一路二进；2011年2月14日它被列为罗定市第四批文物保护单位。[5][6]

仙姑庙遗址在大旺塘村的陈蔡顶村，立于一座小石山顶，清代早期建祠，为纪念刘三姐。庙内存有乾隆三年的《刘仙庙重建碑》；1994年6月8日，它被公布为罗定市第二批文物保护单位。[7]

天子岩在石菴村一带，是喀斯特溶洞，洞中有「倒挂灵芝」等钟乳石景观。[8]

文化[edit]

石菴村每年元宵节举行石菴炮会，活动有标炮头、醒狮表演和八音曲艺演奏，目前已列入罗定市非遗名录。据报道，这一习俗延续了三百多年。[9]
