高峰村是附城街道下辖的行政村，属城乡结合区。村名取“攀登高峰”之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

冼氏始祖于明朝时迁来定居，此后关、卢、陈、黎、梁、林、熊、王、黄、邓等姓陆续迁入，现有15姓，冼姓人数最多。[2]

1958年8月设大队，隶郁南县榃滨公社，同年11月转归罗定；1961年11月归榕枫公社，1963年起属附城公社。1998年起隶属附城街道，改设村民委员会。[2]
