塔脚村是附城街道下辖的行政村，属城乡结合区。村委会设在文塔脚下，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
卓氏始祖于明末清初迁到此地落户，此后黎、卢、刘、梁、英、曹、程、余、陈等姓陆续迁入，现村中有18姓，卓姓人数最多。[2]
明末时设塔脚村，属泷水县，清代属西宁县；民国时属西宁县第六区，解放后归郁南县榃滨区，1958年改隶罗定。1998年起隶属附城街道，改设村民委员会。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2026年1月，塔脚村列为「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1]
