星光村是附城街道下辖的行政村，属城乡结合区。村名取“星光灿烂”之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

星光村设于清代，属西宁县；民国时属西宁县第六区，新中国成立后改隶郁南县榃滨区。1958年8月设大队，同年11月改隶罗定。[2]

1983年大队改乡，1998年起隶属附城街道，改设村民委员会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

星光村于2019年12月列入第一批「国家森林乡村」名单。2021年9月，入选广东省农业农村厅公布的第二批「广东省一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，产业为蔬菜。[1]
