凤塘村为罗定市素龙街道的一个行政村，村中以唐姓为主，唐姓约占85%。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

唐氏始祖念七于1410年迁到塘头立村，之后邹、谭等姓相继迁入。现村中有唐、邹、谭、黄、王、杨6姓，其中唐姓约占85%。[2]

1410年建村，初称塘头，属泷水县；1911年划归罗定州；民国时期归罗定县第五区、第二区管辖；解放后初期设凤圹乡，归第五区管理；1958年改设凤圹大队，归罗城公社辖；1983年撤大队改设乡，1998年恢复村委会建制，隶素龙街道。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年8月，凤塘村列入广东省农业农村厅首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，产业为葡萄；2024年1月，获认定为2023年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」；2026年1月，获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]

人物[edit]

唐木（1901—1928）是凤塘村人，1925年4月加入中国共产党，1928年3月任中共罗定县委书记，同年5月在广州被捕，后遇害。唐木故居，原文记为位于凤塘六胜村，占地200平方米。[3]
