塔脚村位于六祖镇境内，国恩寺在塔脚村旁的龙山脚下[2]。据博雅地名网，村后有座小山，山上曾有一座塔，村落位于山脚，故称塔脚[1]。2026年1月，塔脚村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」称号[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
建国后此地先属新兴县第三区，在集成乡与上沙区之间变动，1958年2月复为集成乡，同年11月设集成公社的塔脚大队。1983年至1989年间称集东乡，1989年设塔脚管理区，1999年改为塔脚村委会，2004年起归六祖镇[1]。
经济[edit]
2021年9月，塔脚村以新兴香荔入选「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」名单[1]。
文化[edit]
2019年9月，塔脚村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单[1]。
