历史沿革[edit]

明崇祯十一年（1638年），梁氏、黄氏祖先从南雄珠玑巷迁来定居，形成村中最早的村落。1949年，它隶属新兴县第五区廿四乡；1958年属东风公社，称五一大队；1959年归天堂公社；1983年改称五一乡。1986年11月设五一管理区，1999年改为五一村民委员会。[2]
