清水村是高村镇的一个行政村，建制先后隶属高村乡、高村区与高村镇。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年此地隶属高村乡。1958年入高村人民公社，名为清水大队。1984年复设区与乡，归高村区管辖，治所为高村乡政府；1986年定名清水村民委员会，并实行镇辖村体制。1987年又设镇建区，此地成为清水管理区；1999年重设村委会，仍属高村镇。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年8月，省农业农村厅公布首批专业村名单，本村以油茶入选。[1]

2020年12月，省爱卫会授予本村「2020年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

2022年1月，省乡村振兴局确定本村为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位。[1]

2023年11月，本村被命名为第五批云浮市「民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]
