周村为云浮市云城区思劳镇的行政村，城乡分类属村庄[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

元朝末年，陈姓先祖自南雄珠玑巷来到本村；明末，胡姓先祖也从珠玑巷迁入；明末清初，张姓先祖由高要区赤坎迁来[2]。

1952年，本村归冲坑乡管辖。1958年改设周村生产大队，其后曾归腰古乡与激流人民公社管理；1961年3月改设周村乡，属思劳人民公社。1986年改为周村村委会，隶属思劳乡；1994年划归思劳镇；1999年又改为村委会，此后一直属思劳镇[2]。

荣誉[edit]

2024年3月，周村村获命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」[1]。
