周村是广东省佛山市三水区白坭镇下辖的行政村，城乡分类为镇乡结合区。[1]2004年6月，原周村与清塘两个村民委员会合并为现在的周村村民委员会。[2]村域内有银洲贝丘遗址和把门岗贝丘遗址两处新石器时代遗址。[1][3]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年公社化时设周桥、小里两个大队，同年10月合并为“卫星大队”；1962年撤销，复设周桥、小里、大里三个大队。[2]1983年改为周村乡，下设周桥、小里、大里三个村民委员会；1987年改为周村村委会，1989年9月称管理区办事处，1997年11月称村民委员会。[2]2004年6月与清塘村民委员会合并。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
银洲贝丘遗址在周村的银洲村豆兵岗，为新石器时代晚期遗址，距今约4200至3800年，1982年发现，2002年公布为广东省文物保护单位。[3]把门岗贝丘遗址在莘村，与银洲遗址相距五百多米，山丘高约10米，占地约1万平方米，1994年5月公布为三水市文物保护单位。[1][4]
经济[edit]
据博雅地名网2025年前后的介绍，周村在邓坑村试点，村里把留用地的租金折成股份，同新明珠集团合作开发，村集体每年因此多收入百万元上下；村办企业可弘投资有限公司2025年营业额超过160万元；“银洲示范路”沿线建有1.2公里的村企融合示范带，二期拟建贝丘遗址公园。[1]
荣誉[edit]
民主法治方面，村在2024年1月被定为2023年度省级示范村（社区）；“百千万工程”方面，2024年8月进入佛山市第二批典型镇村，2026年1月又被评为省第二批典型村。[1]
