新星村是普宁市大池农场下辖的行政村，位于普宁市区西北约19.85公里处。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村庄原名下罗新寨。约350年前，由揭西县的移民迁来创村。后因聚落分散如星，改为今名。[1]

2019年9月，新星村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

地理环境[edit]

建筑多为土木结构平房，部分为混凝土结构楼房。大池至石牌的公路从村内经过。[1]
