坪上村是高埔镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区西面，高埔通往稔尾的公路穿村而过。[1]

沿革[edit]

新中国成立前这里属惠来县，此后划入普宁县第十一区的边上乡。1952年改属高埔乡，1958年公社化时与邻近村庄合为一个大队，1972年自成大队。1983年设坪上乡，1986年改设坪上村委会，1990年为管理区，1999年又称村委会。[1]

自然与产业[edit]

村下辖坪上、洋道隆2个自然村。村内以水果种植为主，盛产青梅、橄榄，素有「橄榄村」之称。[1]

镰仔曲水库位于村境内，村中水、沙、花岗岩石和林木资源较为丰富，村境内出产花岗岩石，是高埔镇的花岗岩石出产地之一。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年8月，坪上村入选广东省首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，产业为青梅。[1]
