高埕村是广东省揭阳市普宁市池尾街道下辖的行政村，位于普宁市区西北部，属革命老区。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村落由五个自然村组成。因地势高，土质坚硬似埕，故名高埕。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明末清初始有人定居，此后发展成多姓聚居的村落。[1]

1955年改组为五星农业社，1958年归流沙红色公社的高埕大队，1965年改属池尾公社。1984年改区设乡，1986年改为村，1990年为管理区，1999年定名高埕村委会。[1]

著名人物[edit]

王木舟1954年7月生于当时的普宁县高埕乡，1979年去世。他是军人，在对越自卫反击战中获中央军委授予「全国战斗英雄」称号，高埕村是他的故乡。[1][2]

经济[edit]

2020年、2021年和2022年，高埕村列入淘宝村名单。[1]
