全村常住360户，约2000多人口，耕地有50多亩。村里一半以上的人从事二、三产业，个体企业有20多家，大多做服装加工。[1]

设施与交通[edit]

村内有小学1所，村集体兴建了老人活动中心和敬老院。环城南路从村口经过，新修的乡道横贯全村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1980年属流沙公社军屯大队，1990年设军屯管理区，1999年改为村委会，至今未再更名。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，军屯村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，军屯村先后入选「2020年淘宝村」「2021年淘宝村」「2022年淘宝村」名单。[1]
