东埔村是广东省揭阳市惠来县东埔农场下辖的行政村。村名取自村东原有的一片蔗埔。[1]村委会辖东上、东下、新詹三个自然村，以农业生产为主。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1522年建村，早期有王、唐等姓氏在此聚居。[1]东埔村委会自1999年4月设立，此前1987年至1999年间称东埔管理区，建国后曾用名东红作业区。[1]

经济[edit]

村民以农业生产为主，种植水稻、红薯、花生和蔬菜，果树以荔枝、龙眼和李子为多。[2]

文化[edit]

2019年9月，东埔村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
