西龙村位于广东省揭阳市揭东区霖磐镇西南部，南临榕江南河，与普宁市及揭东白塔镇接壤，白马线贯穿全境。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村委会于1986年才成立；此前的1951年，村与西溪合并为西龙乡。[1]

经济与建设[edit]

2023年，霖磐镇完成西龙村光伏发电项目。[3]

2026年，霖磐镇选取西龙村三洲联社作为人居环境整治试点，集中拆除违建和残垣断壁，清理房前屋后，推进村道硬化与增绿。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2008年，西龙村被评为揭东县文明村。[1]

西龙村于2019年9月入选一份名单，其内容为2018年度广东省民主法治示范村创建单位。[1]
