蟠龙村位于揭东经济开发区北面，南临枫江，东隔车田河与云路镇相望，西与龙砂、云南两村交界。村域面积约2.2平方千米，地形似半岛，土地较为广阔。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

南宋时创村。1958年称曲溪公社蟠龙大队，1986年拆分成立蟠龙村委会，沿用至今。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

村内发展二、三产业，积极招商引资。耕地2000余亩，山坡地350亩；工农业总产值6257万元（博雅地名网所载，年份未注）。2019年9月，蟠龙村列入2018年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
