历史沿革[edit]

1951年至1990年间，上黄先后称乡、称大队、称管理区，1986年和1999年两度设立村委会，至今沿用村委会建制。[2]

经济[edit]

2014年，村集体经济收入为8.4万元；据2009年的数据，村民人均纯收入为2730元。[1]

社会[edit]

2017年，党组织选出了5名支部委员，并设有总支部委员会。[1] 村内设有一处「粤智助」自助机服务点。[1]

著名人物[edit]
