新石村为饶平县新圩镇所辖的行政村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年此地归第五区西豪乡，1958年以新塘大队之名隶浮山公社。1979年由新塘、石垢山、椎村三处合并而来，定名新石，并设新石大队。1983年改设新石乡，划入新圩区；1986年起为新石村委会，隶新圩镇。[1]

1990年成为新石管理区，1999年又改称新石村委会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，该村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」称号。[1]
