溪西村是饶平县三饶镇下辖的行政村，以三饶香米入选省级「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网的沿革记此村1951年归第四区的大新溪乡管辖，1958年属大新溪大队，1983年又称大新溪乡。[2]

1986年设大新溪村委会，1990年改为大新溪管理区；1999年另设村委会，仍以大新溪为名，至今未变。[2]

经济[edit]

三饶香米是本村的主导产品，村子因此入选首批「广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」。这份名单于2020年8月由省农业农村厅公布。[1]

文化[edit]

2026年3月，溪西村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」；2024年1月，确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]

乡村振兴部门在2022年初把溪西村列为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村」的创建单位；2020年底，「2020年广东省卫生村」的称号由广东省爱卫会颁给了本村。[1]
