林厝村是庵埠镇下辖的村，位于镇政府驻地西南约0.61千米处，地处潮汕公路与庵凤公路的交叉点。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据百度百科，南宋末年林学士（澺溪公）在此立村，村中林姓聚居，故名林厝；又称林陇头或林厝埔。[1]
林开佑是他的父亲，由海阳县意溪来到这里；其后代分散到宝陇、乔林等村，并远及东南亚。[1]
1975年设林厝大队，1999年定名为林厝村民委员会。[3]
经济[edit]
村民以食品加工、塑料制品、印刷包装、制鞋等工贸行业为主。[1]
文化[edit]
2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，村庄先后入选淘宝村名单。[2]
